I enjoyed smoking since college. It started as an adventure, but gradually, I don’t remember when it took control over me. Lately, I had such strong cravings that I would find excuses to smoke. Whether it was a happy moment, a break, or during times of depression, anxiety, or nervousness, I would turn to smoking for a quick pleasure or a quick boost. It became an unwanted compulsion that deprived me of experiencing thousands of other things in life. I often wondered what kind of joys a non-smoker would have, as I couldn’t imagine a day without smoking. I heard about Qtox, and when they assessed my smoking habit, they treated me with care and counseled me using the right approach. They made me feel that quitting was achievable, but they didn’t start my quit smoking program until I had reduced my cigarette count. Once they felt it was the right time, they prepared me mentally and physically for quitting smoking. Gradually, I realized that most of the over-the-counter products weren’t enough when I tried them. I needed the right coach to guide me through the process. My friends and well-wishers were concerned about me, but they couldn’t provide the subject matter expertise required. Thankfully, I was assigned a de-addiction coach who supported me throughout my quit smoking program. With their help, I successfully became free from addiction and transitioned to the detox stage within a few days. I could feel my lungs getting cleaner and healthier. I have also recommended this program to my friends and cousins.
